Cloudera Sales Professional (CSP) Accreditation:
The Cloudera Sales Professional (CSP) Accreditation validates your general knowledge and understanding of the Cloudera Data Platform to include,
- positioning the Hybrid Data Cloud,
- the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) deployment capabilities, personas, function, and competitive advantage
- Cloudera Data Services, personas, function, value and competitive advantage
- how Cloudera stacks against the competition.
CSP Audience:
The target audience plays a sales, marketing, business development and/or management role at Cloudera Resellers, Technology Partners, Alliances, SIs, GSIs, ISVs etc..
Course material is appropriate for those with limited technical knowledge. Coursework focuses on technology fundamentals, key personas, value messaging and competitive intelligence.
The CSP Accreditation is not intended for technical sellers (pre-sales engineers), data practitioners, platform administrators, architects nor alike. Technical audiences should enroll in the Cloudera Technical Professional (CTP) Accreditation instead.
Prerequisite Course:
No prior Cloudera experience is required however for those with limited Big Data experience, we strongly recommend completing the below course prior to starting the CSP Learning Path and assessment.
Required Courses:
There are (5) required courses with approximately 3.5 hours of training and reference materials to support your preparation for the accreditation assessment. You will be auto-enrolled in each course one at a time as completed including the assessment: These (5) courses must be completed prior to this assessment:
- PRESENTING THE HYBRID DATA COMPANY FOR SALES TEAMS
- CDP DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITIES
- CDP DATA SERVICES CAPABILITIES
- CLOUDERA DATAFLOW SOLUTION OVERVIEW & SALES STRATEGY
- CLOUDERA COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE OVERVIEW
CSP FINAL ASSSESSMENT
Some courses include a brief knowledge check reinforcing key content and providing practice for the final accreditation assessment.
Assessment:
The assessment consists of (30) randomized questions with (60) minutes to complete the assessment and unlimited attempts to pass. You can not exit and return to an assessment attempt. If you exit the assessment, you will need to start from the beginning again. You will be auto-enrolled in the assessment when all required courses are marked complete.
Passing score is 70%.
Accreditation Completion:
In order to complete and earn the CSP accreditation, you must ensure all (5) courses are marked complete and you have passed the final assessment.
CSP Badge:
Badging is not automatic. CSP Badges will be issued directly to your inbox via Credly Credentialing Platform within 7-10 business days from completing and passing the CSP learning journey. Once you receive notice your CSP badge is available, follow the simple steps to claim the badge and share it broadly with your professional network.
